Q: Why is MagicTan merging with Mystic Tan?

A: This exciting merger will allow the both brands to be even stronger and provide more resources and products for you. Each company has invested time and resources on research and development that have resulted in world-class innovations. Combined, we now have the resources to do even more.

Q: Is MagicTan acquiring Mystic Tan or visa versa?

A: No, we are just merging together under one company name – SUNLESS, INC. However, the company will officially be based here in Macedonia, Ohio.

Q: How will this merger affect me?

A: The merger will not change the products, equipment or customer support you currently receive. You will continue to have contacts assigned to your account that absolutely understand the VersaSpa brand and the ways to best assist you in promoting and supporting your VersaSpa equipment and products in all of your locations. The benefit of the merger to you is that we have even more resources to invest in helping you promote your sunless offering. Additionally, by combining efforts with Mystic Tan, we are able to continue our rich history of innovation to provide you with the best and greatest sunless tanning equipment, products and services.

Q: Will products or equipment be combined? Will I be forced to use different products or booths?

A: No, the joint company will continue to promote both brands: Mystic Tan and VersaSpa by MagicTan. You can still buy the VersaSpa tanning and skincare solutions that you and your customers love. All products that you currently purchase from MagicTan will continue to be available. The great news is that you now have more choice. We know that many VersaSpa customers are very loyal to the brand and we thank you for that. Now, we’ll have the opportunity to refer you to experts on the Mystic Tan brand that might have additional product that meet other needs your customers may have.

Q: Whom do I call if I have a problem?

A: Nothing has changed. If you have questions, concerns, need to contact maintenance or need product support, please continue to call us at any time.
